Summary: Having found out that the headaches he's been having are really the result of a brain tumor that cannot be operated on, Sam tries to keep it from Dean. When Dean does find out, he tries to help Sam the best he can until Sam's condition worsens, leaving Dean alone to wonder how all of this could have happened.

Now I have to wipe my eyes and go and brave the crowds at the shops. the girls had some money for Xmas and want to go have a look.
