Dancing on Ice
Feb. 4th, 2006 10:02 pmhas just turned into a farce!
Jack Barrowman, who along with Bonnie Langford is the best skater in the comp is out :-(
Why? Well it wasn't to do with his performance, he was in the top 3 with the judges but because the British viewing public haven't taken to him which is sad.. They didn't vote for him enough tonight and he ended up in the skate off. I can see why in the way he comes across..hubby for example who hasn't seen him before this programme thinks he is arrogant and a show off and "I hope he lands on his arse" Yep I swotted Hubby for that! I've kept reminding him every week that he is a showman.
While the worst skater Kelly Holmes wasn't even in the skate off, because she won 2 Olympic gold medals for England and is the apple of the viewers eye.
Of course everyone was in shock at the result and there was lots of tears, one of the judges included. Robin Cousins said that he could have a future in skating if he wanted..so there you go.. And Jack said that if does Panto next year then it will be on ice :-)
I admire all the celebrities who are involved, they are all doing incredibly well, it just saddens me that this is going to turn into a personality contest...
