Summary/Prompt: Sam kills Dean and then realizes what he's done. (This story is set during Season 2 post "Playthings," but is obviously AU).
And then watched this

characters - Sam, Dean's Ghost, and John
summary - Dean dies and Sam just can't deal without him. Sam blames himself. Then Dean's ghost comes back and Sam is so happy that he doen't realise that Dean needs to move on. Dean knows that he can not stay with Sam because it isn't natural and he needs to move on. They both do but neither one can until Sam lets Dean rest in peace.
