It's THAT time of the year of course but this year it looks like cold is very bad and it hard to fix :( At least people i know who get that cold - everyone were complain about complications - so be careful with them (i know you are) - check their lungs.

Same here. Remember Jared at S1 in 117? That was ideal form for me - enough muscles to look good but not too much, you know.
