Oh..no..Jared!

>> iF: If you could foresee a series end for the show, where would you like the boys to end up?
PADALECKI: Dead. [Laughs]

iF: You want to die? You think this is the only way it can all end?
PADALECKI: Yeah. I think there’s something majestic about seeing them going out in a blaze.

iF: That’s a cop out! You’re saying that because dad Winchester died!
PADALECKI: [Laughs] No. I’d really want to see them die. I feel that somehow or another death is the only escape for them.

No..no..nonono!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't handle that!! Christ..I was a complete and utter wreck at the ending of Angel..still have trouble re watching the finale. :-(

Jared..sweetie, it may be the logical ending...but for the love of everything NO *meep*

I reckon it must depend on how emotionally attached to the characters you are. I loved the Angel cast like family but none of them had a particularly special place in my heart (at the time), so I could see their deaths as tragic but heroic and feel proud of them all.

But I recently read a fanfic (a fanfic! not even canon!) in which my beloved Sanzo died of old age and it haunted me for WEEKS!

So, yep. You're right. The fangirl heart is a fragile one. ;-)

Yep, I agree with you there. I was very emotionally attatched to the characters..especially Angel and to the whole show. So yes I was proud..but it was the end. Although they still live on in my head..LOL!

Didn't think I'd ever get that attatched again, but SPN is heading that way!

Fanfic is just wonderful! I have much admiration for it :-)

You'd think us fangirls would learn by now..let's hope we never do ;-)
