It lived up to it's name.. Heaven and Hell!

Hell was Friday, by the end of it I was near to tears and just wanted to come home! After all the travelling and then continuously queuing for five hours with no air conditioning..registration, the J2 photo session and my Jensen auto tickets were missing from my pack so sorting that out. I'd left home at 8am and by this time it was gone 8pm and I'd had one drink since I arrived.
Then I got my J2 photo back..and I looked horrible, it looked as if I was grimacing! So all that anticipation and then :-( ...especially as Jensen..no beard and longer hair!*g*

It got better :-) And the heaven was getting a mega watt smile and a wink from Jensen at the autograph session on Sunday, I floated out of that room after that..LOL!

The guests were all great! I loved meeting Jared, and I laughed so much at Misha..he is so sarcastic! But this is my happy place..

Jared is lovely! He is what I expected and again I had a good experience with him at the auto session (although getting his auto I missed Jensen's talk!)

So yeah the Winchester squeeze photo. Mine was horrible..Jared & Jensen wasn't, just me! I did get a refund and thanks to the lovely Susan daisychain1957, we got to keep our photos! So the boys minus me..

Autographs.

Like alot of people I got all the guests to sign a lovely black & white art print, but it's too big to scan. I'm going to get that framed :-)

Misha I also got him to sign a collage poster I made up, but again that's too big to scan.

I was disappointed that I didn't see Jensen's individual talk, and his later one got cancelled but I'm glad that was because peeps could get their auto..I know how I would have felt if that had been me. I did see Jared's though :-)

I met some lovely people from LJ! I got to meet Hayley and Daea again :-) And I met Ali, Isa, Rosa, Jenny, Peggy and Susan..it was so nice to get to meet and spend time with you :-) Sorry if I missed anyone from that list.

When I did get home after train delays..it was to a nice clean house! my lovely hubby had cleaned, done all the laundry..even stripped and changed the kids beds.. and for only the second time in 20 years we have been married,..done the ironing! Bless him :-)

Hopefully I've lost a few pounds, as when I did get the chance to eat, I couldn't get much down me..LOL!

And tired..yeah I'm tired but it was worth it :-)

I'm really not happy with my J2 pic either :-(
Friday was horrible. I was so tired after queueing all day that I felt sick, wasn't even able to eat and I really thought about skipping the cocktail party.

Saturday and Sunday were better. I'm sorry you missed the Jensen talk :-(

To be honest I felt so sorry for the boys. I think it was even too much for them. They both were very professional but looked so exhausted. On my pic with Jared I really don't know ho looks more exhausted, him or me.

I had to give back my first pic with Misha, since I had my eyes closed and got another one with him. I wish I could keep the first pic though because Misha looked sooo cute in it *sigh*. Maybe I can get the jpg.

But in the end I had lots of fun. All guests were awesome, I have a little crush on Malik who gave me a huge bear hug before I took my pic with him and Gabe. And it was nice to meet so many friends again or for the first time :-)

I've been reading that this may have been the worst organized con in the history of the world. I'm glad you managed to enjoy yourself. I have a really short fuse; I don't think I would have got through with as much grace as you did.

How hot is Jensen with Alec's hair? I keep hoping Dean will have a mid-life crisis and grow out his hair. I know it probably won't happen, but I'd love for Dean to show up in season 5 with that hair.

It was bad!! I did have some good experinces that made up for it though :-) really there was nothing you could do so you just had to make the best of it.

I was so happy when I first saw Jensen! No beard and longer hair *VBG* The J2 photo op wasn't a very good experience but the individual ones were better! Jensen made a point of turning greeting and smiling at you before it was taken and thanking you after which didn't happen in the J2 one..I came out of that not knowing what Jared looked like LOL!

I had good experiences with both boys at the auto sessions so I'm ignoring any negativity!
