I've tried those fixes for Twitter/Facebook and they don't seem to work for me..LOL!

So I'm asking nicely ..Please don't cross-post comments or entries from my LJ to Twitter and/or Facebook. Thank you.

ETA: it's not working for me because you can't have custom comment pages disabled, and I have! I'm not changing back because it distorts the layouts when i post graphics, so I'm sticking with it. Hopefully LJ will change their minds or work out a compromise soon.

yeah i don't use ie. i was burned really bad with that browser when it shot down one day and when i opened it again all my bookmarks were gone but you could try the codes that are in this entry. http://beren-writes.livejournal.com/636035.html
