Take your time, sweetie. Your vision and art are always worth the wait and take my breath away just as quickly as the first glimpse always does. :)

And I hear you on the negativity. I always try to be honest, and I think that's part of what's great about our show -- even when I'm not 100% happy with why this or that character behaved a certain way, there's always an angle to approach it where you can still see their side of it. Y'know?

I hear you and agree! I don't always like what they do, but most is understandable..very rarely will I go WTF!!!!!!!!!!!. But then it's usually a kneejerk reaction and I think on it after or someone will say or write something and I see it in a different light.

Oh Good Jo. I always feel so traitor-like when I have to voice things that bothered me or I didn't like. It's like me talking about something negative about a family member/friend. Makes me feel very uncomfortable. But writing it all out has helped me work through my concerns I think.

Now I'm turning all growly and fierce and protective of Show and especially of Sam. Despite my own misgivings, no one better start getting all anti-Sam on me. (Note to self: just a show, Karen, just a show.)

I never used to have too! But I try to see and understand characters and the Fuck you Dean Winchester comments I saw on my own flist turned me off. I know I'm a Dean girl but I'd get cross if someone said that about Sam too

I started having to avoid around Season Three because of the fuck D.Winchester comments and it annoyed, saddened and infuriated me. Needlessto say, I wouldn't be best pleased (and haven't been) when those same type of comments have been directed at Sam - but I'm sensitive where Dean is concerned. I got tired of that kind of crap in the SG-1 fandom! Jack was always an asshole and Saint!Daniel was so put upon - ugh. It totally harshes the squee and makes me see red - not something I want when I'm trying to enjoy my characters/plots/story, you know?

I'm totally with you, Jo!! I actually loved the season openner and I think it has a lot of potential for an amazing season =) I'm also being more careful on which reviews I read *shrugs* just reading the positive and more grounded ones... instead of going with the negative and grumpy wave XP

I still love the show and the boys and I know the ride of Season 6 will still be epic =D

Some people find things to moan about all the time - we love our show and while we may not love every episode, I think we find something to love even in the episodes we don't like quite as much ie the one with Paris Hilton (they got to kill her!!!! LOL!!)

So glad the boys are back and we have something to squee about each week again :))

I wasn't sure, but on reflection I think the ep made sense to go that way, too be so different that we are knocked off kilter. Not sure about what secrets the 'family' are keeping from the boys and I don't want too much of them in it so that they overpower the boys place, nor do I like this uncomfortable place the boys are in in their relationship and I sorta want Sam to soften just a bit, but I am afraid, the boys are stuck with me till the end. I do love this show and the boys no matter what.

I decided not to read reviews of some others cause they do squash your squee when you loved it yourself.

I don't like reading review too. I used to read some on my flist but I don't think I will anymore especially considering the drama before the season started. I'm just sick of it.
